Strafe Stryker Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Strafe Stryker. By using the service, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Use of the service

By using the service, you:

• Agree to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Authorize the service to collect and temporarily store data needed to function (as outlined in the Privacy Policy).
• Understand that abuse of the service may result in a temporary or permanent ban.

2. Age Restrictions

You must be 18 years or older to access the dashboard's Content Log Viewer, due to the potential for viewing flagged harmful media or text.

3. Data Storage and Retention

• Message content is temporarily stored for up to 6 hours for moderation purposes.
• Temporary bans are retained for up to 1 year.
• Message deletion audit logs are cached for 10 minutes.
• Purge and Content Logs (accessible via the Purge and Content Log Viewers) are stored in our database for up to 7 days.
• Logs sent to Discord (e.g., via log channels) may be retained indefinitely.

4. Dashboard Access

• The dashboard uses Discord OAuth2 for authentication.
• By logging in, you agree to allow access to your Discord username, ID, and guild membership for session management.
• This information is used solely for access control and is not retained after logout.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt Strafe Stryker's functionality.
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or infringe on the rights of others.
• Bypass age restrictions or attempt to access restricted features dishonestly.

6. Liability and Warranties

• The service is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.
• We are not responsible for the misuse of moderation features or actions taken by server staff.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
