This Privacy Policy explains what data Strafe Stryker collects, how it's used, stored, and under what circumstances it may be shared.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 User Information

• Username and Discord ID for user identification and moderation purposes.
• Guild (server) membership via Discord OAuth2 during dashboard login.
• IP address during active dashboard sessions (temporary and not stored permanently).

1.2 Message and Media Data

• Messages, including text, media, and metadata (e.g., replies and attachments), may be logged when flagged or reported.
• Messages are stored in our database for up to 6 hours for moderation processing, after which they are automatically deleted.
• Purge and Content Logs (accessible via the Purge and Content Log Viewers) are stored in our database for up to 7 days.
• Message logs sent via Discord (e.g., to a log channel) are retained indefinitely, as they are not stored in our database.

1.3 Moderation & Audit Data

• Message Deletion audit logs are cached for up to 10 minutes for moderation syncing.
• Temporary ban records (e.g., reason, duration, user ID) are stored for up to 1 year, aligning with the maximum temp ban duration.
• Reports generated via the report feature may include reporter information and are accessible to server moderators only.

1.4 Automated Moderation Data

• Strafe Stryker caches Discord AutoMod configuration settings to synchronize native filters with its features.

2. Dashboard Authentication

The dashboard uses Discord OAuth2, with identify and guilds scopes. Data is kept only during the session. IP addresses are temporarily processed for session security.

3. Age Requirements

Users must be 18 years or older to access the Content Log Viewer due to potentially harmful content. By using this feature, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Moderators designated in each server may access moderation-relevant data (e.g., reports, message logs).

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of stored data (e.g., user ID, reports, messages) by joining the official support Discord server and stating your query in the #support channel.
